This category is used to automated the process of including new Williams Score data into the Edocman system. the process works by polling a directory on a schedule and syncing new files into your EDocman database.
  • Step 1: Upload your files to the EDocman directory on your server (e.g., via FTP) or use an external service like Dropbox.
  • Step 2: Go to your site's Back-end > Extensions > Plugins and locate the System - Edocmanimport plugin.
  • Step 3: Set the Default Category ID in the dropdown menu.
  • Step 4: Publish the plugin. The system will scan the folder and import your documents hourly. [1, 2]
