What makes Alexander Schleicher special is that it’s the oldest and one of the biggest sailplane manufacturers out there.

Founded way back in 1927 by Alexander Schleicher, the company is still a family business, and now it’s being run by his grandsons, Peter and Ulrich Kremer.
